How we ship your parcel

Parcels usually leave within 2 days of receiving payment and are shipped with UPS, tracked, with no signature required on delivery. If you'd prefer UPS Extra delivery with a signature, an extra charge applies, so please contact us before choosing this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping costs cover handling, packing and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while carriage costs vary with the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order: we can't combine two orders placed separately, so shipping will be charged on each of them. Your parcel travels at your own risk, but we take particular care with fragile items.

Our boxes are generously sized and your items are well protected.
