Tell us what beauty means to you, in a comment under our Instagram post. From 16 to 26 July 2026.

The three comments with the most hearts win an Essere Gift Card worth €100, €50 and €30. And there’s a small Gift Card for everyone who takes part, too.

Below you’ll find everything: how to win, what we exclude, and what happens if you don’t win. If something isn’t clear, write to us at customercare@essere.bio. We’ll reply.

How it works

The winners are the three comments that, at closing, have received the most “Likes” (hearts) on the main comment.

Hearts are counted manually on 27 July 2026 at 10:00 am. The number of hearts visible at that moment on the official post is what counts.

Before counting, we check that comments are relevant to the theme and comply with points 6 and 7. Excluded comments do not enter the ranking, regardless of how many hearts they have received.

Who can enter
Individuals aged 18 or over, resident in Italy, with a personal Instagram account able to comment on the post.
Employees and collaborators of BIO ART SRL and the family members living with them are excluded.

How to enter
Write a comment under the official contest post, published on the Instagram profile @essere.bio on 16 July 2026, telling us what beauty means to you.
One valid comment per participant. If you write more than one, we consider the first.
Giving hearts to other people’s comments is optional, but it’s how the podium is decided.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
What we exclude
We do not consider comments that are:
- offensive, vulgar or discriminatory
- advertising or promotional
- not relevant to the contest theme
- contrary to the brand’s values
- posted by fake or duplicate accounts, or accounts created for the purpose
The decision on eligibility is final.
How to win
The winner is whoever receives the most hearts, provided the comment is relevant to the theme and complies with point 7.
We do not consider valid:
- hearts from fake or inactive accounts, or accounts created for the purpose
- comments that explicitly ask for votes
- comments taking part in organized “Like” exchanges
In these cases the comment is excluded from the ranking. The assessment is at our sole discretion.

The Gift Cards:

are valid only on essere.bio
cannot be exchanged for cash
can be combined with discounts, promo codes and active promotions
work as store credit: the amount is deducted from the order total
are valid for 12 months from the date of issue

How we deliver the Gift Cards

On 27 July 2026, together with the public announcement, we contact the three winners by direct message from the @essere.bio profile, to ask for the email address to send the Gift Card to.

Once we have the address, we email the Gift Card by 6 August 2026.

If a winner does not reply to the message by 31 July 2026, the Gift Card goes to the next comment in the ranking.

EVERYONE WINS!

Everyone who takes part, even if they don’t win, can request a participation prize in the form of an Essere Gift Card.

The value of the participation Gift Card is set by BIO ART SRL and is the same for all participants. BIO ART SRL reserves the right to set the amount, which is communicated when the card is sent.

How to request it:

Sign up on essere.bio, if you haven’t already
Write to us by 31 July 2026 at customercare@essere.bio, from the same email address linked to your account
Tell us your Instagram username, the one you commented with

We’ll send you the Gift Card by email. We need your account email because it’s the only way to link your comment to your essere.bio profile.

The participation Gift Card

The gift card:

is valid only on essere.bio, on the account it is linked to
cannot be exchanged for cash
can be combined with discounts and active promotions
can be used on all Essere products, including those on sale
is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

The participation prize is not granted to anyone who posts comments that are:

offensive, vulgar or discriminatory

not relevant to the contest theme
contrary to the brand’s values
posted by fake or duplicate accounts, or accounts created for the purpose

The decision on eligibility is final.

Related promotions
The contest Gift Cards, both the winners’ cards and the participation card, can be combined with the promotions listed here.
Your data
The data controller is BIO ART SRL
What data we process: Instagram username, email address, and the text of the comment you posted.
Why: to run the contest, check that comments are eligible, contact the winners and send the prizes.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long: 3 months from the close of the contest.
Your rights: you can access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or object to it, by writing to customercare@essere.bio.
If we repost your comment in our Stories or other content, we’ll ask for your permission first by direct message.
Administration
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, nor associated with Instagram or Meta in any way.
Changes to these rules
We may change these rules for organizational or regulatory reasons, without penalizing anyone who has already taken part. Any change is published on this page.
