It's simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Check that your business falls into one of these categories: natural beauty stores, herbalists, pharmacies, drugstores, perfumeries, organic and natural food stores, beauty centers, beauty salons and hair salons.

  2. Fill in the registration form. Complete every field carefully so we can get to know your business and your needs.

  3. Our sales office will review your request. If your business meets our guidelines, our team will get back to you within 24 working hours at most.

FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Parcels usually leave within 2 days of receiving payment.

Can I track my order?

Yes: once your parcel has shipped, we'll send you a link to track it online.

What happens if I'm not home when it's delivered?

The carrier leaves the parcel anyway – delivery is “no signature required” by default. If you'd prefer delivery with a signature (UPS Extra service), contact us to arrange it for a small extra charge.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on orders over 29,50 €.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of your order, as provided by European law.

What condition must products be in to be returned?

They must be sealed, intact and unused, in their original, undamaged packaging. Our staff will check their condition on receipt.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer does. It usually costs between 8 and 12 euros, depending on the carrier and the weight of the goods.

Can I get a refund? How long does it take?

Once we receive the goods in the right condition, Essere will refund you with the same payment method used for the order. If your order had free shipping, the shipping cost (e.g. 7,50 €) may be deducted if the remaining amount no longer reaches the free-shipping minimum.

Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, via Stripe.
